1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, purchasing a service, accessing the dashboard, or otherwise using FalloutHosting, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any related policies that apply to your use of the service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Parties and service operation

FalloutHosting is operated under the FalloutHosting brand with services, support, billing, and related operational functions carried out by FalloutHosting LLC and Web Projects LLC. In these Terms, “FalloutHosting,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the platform and the relevant operating entities involved in delivering the service.

3. Services

FalloutHosting provides hosting-related services, including plan selection, customer billing, account management, provisioning, support, transfer workflows, and related customer communications. Service scope, limits, pricing, storage, bandwidth, features, and included services may vary by plan and may be updated from time to time.

4. Accounts and customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting login credentials, controlling access to your account, and ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable law and these Terms. You are also responsible for all actions taken through your account unless caused directly by our own fault.

5. Payments, billing cycles, and renewals

Paid services must be purchased through available payment methods and are subject to the selected billing cycle. Unless otherwise stated, recurring services may renew according to the chosen plan interval until cancelled or terminated. You are responsible for keeping billing and payment details up to date. Taxes, banking charges, currency conversion costs, discounts, or provider-specific processing rules may apply.

6. Provisioning and order status

Successful payment does not always mean immediate service delivery. Orders may enter a pending setup or review state while provisioning, verification, fraud-prevention checks, or account preparation is completed. Credentials, cPanel details, server details, or related access information are normally sent after provisioning is completed and the order is marked ready.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use FalloutHosting to engage in unlawful activity, abuse network or platform resources, distribute malicious content, violate intellectual property rights, interfere with other customers, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that creates security, legal, reputational, or infrastructure risk. We may investigate suspected abuse and take action where reasonably necessary to protect the platform and other customers.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access where necessary for security, fraud prevention, non-payment, abuse investigation, legal compliance, or material breach of these Terms. We may also suspend services if continued operation creates risk to customers, infrastructure, or platform integrity. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any open billing obligations, active service periods, or cancellation rules that apply to your plan.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Any money-back guarantee, cancellation rule, or refund policy applies only where expressly stated for the relevant plan or promotion. Refund eligibility may depend on service status, billing cycle, provisioning stage, abuse investigations, payment provider restrictions, and any usage already consumed. Custom work, third-party fees, domains, or completed provisioning steps may be excluded where applicable.

10. Third-party services

FalloutHosting may rely on third-party vendors and providers for payment processing, email delivery, infrastructure, domain-related services, or related operational functions. We are not responsible for delays, outages, or limits caused solely by third-party providers, although we will make reasonable efforts to manage the service responsibly.

11. Warranties and liability

FalloutHosting is provided on an “as available” and “as provided” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. While we work to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for every customer use case. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FalloutHosting LLC and Web Projects LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business-interruption damages arising from use of the service, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

12. Changes to the service or terms

We may update these Terms, change service features, adjust plan structure, or modify pricing and operational processes where reasonably necessary to operate or improve the platform. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires a different process.
